Meet Liz

Meet Liz Young

In the last 15 years Liz has worked her way up the ladder of exercise. What began as swimming a lap in the pool, biking around the neighborhood, and jogging around the block grew to a passion for participating in races. Now, many years later Liz is a three-time Ironman finisher, and has completed a handful of ½ Ironmans, marathons, century rides, and countless half-marathons, fun runs, and charity rides.

Recently Liz began training for figure competitions. After winning a few trophies and medals at a local show in Denver, CO, she had the opportunity to competed in Fitness America, a worldwide event. What began as a "bucket list" goal, soon grew to be far more than Liz imagined. After competing in Fitness America, Liz is now an internationally ranked Ms. Bikini competitor.

Liz is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. She loves sharing her story of her journey into fitness with people. You will often hear Liz say energizing and optimistic phrases related to dreaming big and believing in yourself, and her favorite is the Ironman motto, “Anything is Possible.”

From Liz’s experience being coached as an athlete, combined with her knowledge in health and wellness, make her the ideal coach. She is passionate about inspiring others to follow their dreams. Liz’s mantra is, “When you believe in yourself, anything is possible.”
